Who We Are
Jasper Place Family Resource Centre (JPFRC) is a Non-Profit organization that partners with parents to promote children’s healthy growth and development, and to enhance family wellness.
JPFRC has been in operation since 1972.
The Centre works to support families via Community Service Navigation, Early Childhood Development and Parent/Caregiver Capacity Building Programs. We operate two Early Learning and Child Care Programs. As an Alberta Education Independent ECS Operator, we offer a Kindergarten Program and Preschool Program for children with disabilities.
Jasper Place Family Resource Centre is an inclusive organization. Children and families of all abilities, attributes, experiences and world views are welcome and invited to participate meaningfully in our programs and services.

Our Belief
Parents are the child’s first and most influential teachers. The child’s early years experiences set the foundation for later development. Every child, parent and family is unique.
