Participants will have the opportunity to slow down and connect with their infant in a calm setting and try their hand at massage. There will also be the chance for discussion and connection with other carers who are also parenting an infant.

Best suited for: parents/caregivers & Infants from 1 – 12 months

NOTE:

• Infant Massage program runs for 3 sessions. 
• If you are unable to attend one of the sessions, no problem! Let us know, and we will make sure you receive the information from the missing session.
• A small bottle of organic apricot oil will be provided to use during the session. Please bring it with you for each session unless you would like to use a different oil.

Please note that infant massage is not recommended if your baby is dealing with any of the following:

• Has High Fever/Temperature
• Has an acute infection, staph infection, illness or disease
• Has a skin disorder which may be contagious or cause inflammation
• Has open sores or lesions
• Has had recent immunization/vaccination (wait 48 – 72 hours)
• Has any life-threatening medical condition
• Has an unhealed umbilical cord (tummy massage contraindicated)
• Has swollen lymph nodes
• Has blood clots or a blood condition
• Has diarrhea or other sickness
