Family Violence Support @ The Orange Hub
The Today Centre: Short term support for adults experiencing family violence in, or recently out of the relationship.
This voluntary resource comes with no obligation and can include 4-5 individual sessions which can occur in person, virtually, or over the phone. As well as,
- Education and emotional support on various topics related to family violence such as cycle, dynamics, and types of abuse as well as impacts on children, healthy/unhealthy relationships, communication, and boundaries
- Safety planning and risk assessment (whether in the relationship, leaving the relationship or after leaving the relationship)
