Participants can drop-in for in-person playgroups. Registration is required for online and a few in-person workshops with limited capacity.

The program description would have a link to register. After registering, Zoom will send an email with a link for you to join the meeting.

There is no requirement for vaccination to access any of our programs or services.

Consider vaccination -The most important thing that adults and older children can do to protect themselves and others is to be fully immunized. Vaccines are safe and effective and build a protective shield around our youngest citizens for whom the vaccine is not yet available.COVID-19 vaccine program | Alberta.ca 

Early childhood development programs are available for children aged 0-6 years.

Some parent education programs, like Triple P, support parents and caregivers of children aged 0 – 17 years

We strive to offer programs and services in an inclusive and diverse manner. We welcome all individuals to access the variety of programs and services we offer, and work to connect them to other resources in the community as well.

All of our playgroups like Stay and Play, Come Play with Me, etc. and parenting group like Baby and You are available for drop-in. You are welcome to drop in to one of our locations and the facilitators can support with registration. 

LaPerle Location (#29 9606 180 street) – free parking anywhere on the street 
 
Cabrini Location (16811 88 avenue) – free 2 hour parking on the street or paid parking in the gravel lot and reciprocal lot

Orange Hub Location (#413 – 10045 156 st) – free 30 minute parking on 155 street near the theater entrance. Free parking in residential areas near the location.

If you park in the pay lot, we will pay your parking. Please bring us your license plate number.

Our programs are funded by the Government of Alberta and Family and Community Support Services Program (FCSS- Edmonton)

No, as a participant, you would need to fill the ‘sign up’ form once either online or a paper copy. We require this information once per year for our office use only. 

Your information is safe under FOIP.

Yes, all of our Family Resource programs and services are free of charge. (*With the exception of WECAN food basket)

  • Some of our registered programs have limited registration and capacity. For these programs, we ask that each participant register individually.
  • For early childhood development programs, additional participants are welcome.
